Children who are 24months – 5 years of age are eligible to enroll in the preschool. Admission requirements and enrollment procedures are as follows:

1. An Application Form must be filled and completed by parents/ guardians after an interview/ observation. Also a child must be 24months old to be admitted into the program. (E.g. a child turns 24 months before the new year semester starts in April). Kochi Preschool International has a Registration policy based on age.

2. Classes are filled on a first-come/ first-served basis according to the date of Application Form received. Preschool staff or head teacher will set the date of enrollment/ register after Application Form is completed and fees paid.

3. The child`s name will be placed on a waiting list based on; if the parent fails to come on the specified date of enrollment, or if the classes are full when a parent calls, or a child still under the age of 18months before new year semester starts.

4. Children are admitted regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin or religion.

5. Special needs children may not be able to be accommodated for enrollment.

Registration/ Enrollment Procedures

Registration may be an ongoing process throughout the year, depending on class size. A registration meeting must be held with a least one of the child`s parents/ guardians present for the following purposes;

1. Guarantee the child’s place in the school.

2. Complete Registration Form, Agreements and other paperwork.

3. Give out school Yearly Calendar and other important information.

4. Discuss registration materials and go over policies.

5. Discuss curriculum/ daily routine at the school.

6. Answer any questions parents/guardians may have.

7. Pay fees. (Registration Fee & Entrance Fee)

8. Tour the school.

Registration fee and Entrance fee must be paid at the time of registration, prior to enrollment in the preschool. The registration fee is used to fund the preschool library`s books. These fees are non-refundable.
